I received my phone as described and as expected in a timely fashion and without any problems.

It was fast and the phone was exactly as described.
Device is reporting the battery as "334 charge cycles, 4370 mAh". Both are a little surprising as the listing had it as "mint" and the s20+ should have a 4500 mAh battery. Current s10 (from 2020) has 884 cycles/ 3300 mAh. Also a very tiny chip next to the tof sensor, doeant impact usage and barely noticeable. Device came with OEM device labels on the back, basic covers on both sides, and some basic charging items in the box. Overall, 8.5/10.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
