Phone arrived in excellent shipping packaging and almost next day via usps. Phone color is not exactly black but a cool slate, not a big deal because it's going in a case. One concern was the battery arrived at 69% and was down to low 50's just after initial setup and re-downloading of apps. Will keep on eye on this and update if the battery is past its shelf life. Otherwise this was an excellent shopping/shipping/unboxing experience.

I bought a mint S20 Ultra 5G. Within a couple of weeks, the camera app consistently said camera failed. I was told by a local shop by phone that this happens when a non oem camera is used to replace the camera. The seller exchanged the phone. The second mint S20 Ultra 5G has been worse than the first. The screen feels off like it has a cheap replacement and isn't fully seated. It takes multiple taps to open anything. Sometimes it opens a completely different app or photo than you tapped. I have to press the side buttons multiple times to get them to work. The camera worked so I kept it. The camera is failing now. My only requirement in a phone is a camera and now it doesn't work again. This seems like a phone that had multiple repairs vs mint which should be like new. I really tried to be OK with this phone but I hate that it doesn't work properly. I can't really afford to be without a phone while I exchange it again. I'd probably get an even worse one anyway.

Return & Refund Policies


PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)

Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
