*As of 2024, I'm half and half about my purchase. Because I use my phone for work, its very hard for me to go without it for the time it takes to get warranty work on it. Despite this, I had to make a claim due to dust getting into the front camera, meaning water can get in. After it came back, for a time it seemed like the issue was fixed but now I'm having the same issue, and now I'm having issues with the screen with regards to the color/screenlight. The phone itself still works great, but even if I was still under warranty and had the time to send it back in, I don't know if it would get fixed.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
