There was an issue with the phone after unpacking and setup. The seller did everything in their control to offer solutions and remedy the situation. Ultimately the product was returned for refund in a no hassle timely manner. Easy to work with to everyone's satisfaction.

Gm deals took forever to get back to any of my messages and when they did they were not very helpful, they were inconsiderate of my feelings and sold me a phone that was not in the condition that the listing said , it was worn that the listing said it was.and they use stock photos so they don't have to show you the real condition the phone, I would not recommend buying from them and when they do get back to you they are not sympathetic of you spending your money on a phone from them that was not like they said it was and they are not that willing to make it to right, I will never buy from them again.

Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
