Buyers, double check your order. Incorrect phone was sent. Was advised to return but did not offer to replace with correct one and blamed their "supplier". After numerous messaging they stated they will send a new phone after they receive the incorrect one. Evades my question that they will guarantee they are sending the correct phone that I ordered. Their error has created such an inconvenience for me and they are less than willing to rectify this in an appropriate and timely manner. Basically, they have my money and I have no working phone. For a company that prides themselves in this field, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially since this is a result of THEIR ERROR.

Shipping Policies

This excludes holidays or weekends because carriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Expedited service to 3-Day ($14.99) or 2-Day ($19.99) is available upon request.
Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.
*** Warehouse operation is Monday to Friday, we do not ship orders on weekends.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
