Broken display
First of all the the phone that was in the picture was not the phone that you sent. The phone you sent had 2 scratches on the screen and stuff marks on the top and bottom of the unit. I would not recommend this Seller for anybody? If you want a damage unit but I'm sure nobody does. I wish I was able to give you less than a thumbs down. Repeat, do not buy from this seller For real for real.
First computer would not start up. Sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement was able to be turned on, but Windows would not load. I noticed the electrical cord was correct on the replacement , but definitely different from the first laptop. TThe vendor did refund my money. Something is missing with Quality control by the vendor. They should test the laptops they sell to make sure they work.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
