shipping was quick. phone condition was better than expected. screen shadow is barely noticeable even on white background.
Phone arrived and is as expected. No problems.
The phone was beautiful however it had problems with the charging port and when Samsung does an update I was told it checks all of the parts.
According to the Samsung store the replacement charging port on that phone was inferior or not factory and causing a problem with it charging very very slowly.
Very pleased with my purchase. An issue cropped up, that wasn't my fault or GM Deals fault, and GM Deals really stepped up and had my back. Excellent customer service. Yup, I'll be buying from them again.

Everything is fine, the phone is as described on the website, the website was recommended to me, the only doubt is about the third lens of the rear camera, it looks different from the one shown on the website, or maybe there is more a version of the note ultra, if there is any reason I would appreciate the information.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
