The phone condition was accurate and the price was good. The phone was described as "good." It arrived with only a few minor scratches on the screen that dissapeared under a screen protector. The charging port works, the wireless charging works, the phone battery health is at 100% as described, and it activated on verizon via esim after a 2 minute call to verizon. I ordered the phone late on 8/4 and it arrived on 8/9. That's faster than promised. This was quick and fair. I will buy from this seller again if I need another used phone for cheap.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
