The phone arrived and is in good shape. There are some very slight signs of wear on the back but the screen does not have any scratches. It was not as "mint" as the iPhone 5s I bought from another seller but close enough.

As others have noted on this seller, you will not get the original box for the phone or the original accessories. The charger and cable are very cheap knockoffs and I am already getting "This accessory my not be supported" messages. Factor that into the cost of the phone when buying from this seller.

Otherwise the phone itself is in good working order and at least in my situation that is the main concern. If you value original accessories, then purchase elsewhere.

Phone came as described - good condition, a little wear (obviously drop on the lower right corner and dented) but totally within the realm of expectation. Loaded in my SIM card and MicroSD card from my other phone, loaded it up and started updating apps. Everything working as it should. Phone was a little late getting here, but that's on USPS, not the seller, which started the shipping process the day after I purchased the phone, and I purchased it late in the afternoon.

J&R MOBILE WORLD... truly great customer service. The phone works great, but there was an issue with the charger. They didn't hesitate to immediately send out a replacement which works great. I would do business with J&R MOBILE WORLD again. Thanks!!

Phone listed at "mint" with standard "Perfect screen condition" listed. upon inspection there wa s a 1 inch scratch on the bottom corner of the screen. when asked seller about it they replay "The description did state that the phone might show light signs of use" When returning the phone there listening states refunds in 1-3 days , i did not receive a refund for 6 days and only after I questioned them about it. buy with caution!
