Arrived in 2 business days, mint condition as advertised. Phone was unable to connect to cellular network. Carrier thought it might not be unlocked. Apple technician at Genius Bar thought it was a faulty/damaged cellular module. Also, charger wires exposed/rubber casing dislodged and did not consistently charge battery . Reported problems to seller who promptly offered and provided free replacements once they received the faulty phone from me. I paid for shipping the faulty phone back. New phone again did arrive in 2 business days in mint condition and worked fine. Charger worked, but gets very hot with minimal use, gave impression of not being safe; probably cheapo low quality import. Nice gesture with the free charger but not worth fire hazard.

Phone was not supposed to have scratches on the screen and there were a few. None were overbearing, but still there are scratches. It activated easier than the last phone with this seller, but soon after activating and starting to use it we noticed the phone won't vibrate. This is the second phone we bought from this seller and both had issues.

Extremely disappointed, but it is a hassle with them to reactivate an older phone, Return phone and wait until they refund money or send a good phone (if they have any). Wish I had known before buying 2 bad phones from them.

The first tracking number I received was for a delivery to a completely different state. After I contacted the Seller, I quickly received an email and new number. I had hoped I was given the wrong tracking number and my phone was already on its way, but the second number was shipped the day I contacted them about the issue. So they made a mistake, but responded very quickly and appropriately. These things happen. I'm still satisfied.
