Phone did not recognize SIM card, camera was faulty

Came with battery problems

My experience wasn’t good.

I got the device earlier than expected. However, the device was marketed as having 92% battery capacity, which is why I purchased it. I just checked and it has only 86%. Not cool.

EDIT: Seller looked into the discrepancy and found it was entered in error. Seller offered to do partial refund of $30 or full return. I am leaving the country so went with refund. Hope this is just a one off. Cheers.

EDIT 2: Not a month has passed and my screen crashes often, even after doing a hard reset of the phone. This happens multiple times a day. The screen stops working and starts to fade into static and then dark. I can still see a back light on the dark screen and if I press for Siri, phone still works, so it must be a hardware issue with the screen this phone was installed. The phone was replaced with unknown parts according to the phone and the listing. I didn’t think it would cause these issues but be warned.

The phone wasn’t in mind condition and I tried to explain there picture they were asking for was impossible To take them wanted to act as if I were stupid talking about did you wipe the screen will be sending back for a refund

The screen is so scratched you can't see anything normally
the whole line near the screen is all cutted

I think if I take it apart I will even find non-original parts

Item was very scratched but was listed as in "good" condition.

Ipad is glitching and does not stay charged it phantom resets and the volume doesnt work properly very disappointed.

I purchased this device in may. 3 months later in August, this phone became defective due to a software malfunction also known as restore error 9. This also resulted in the phone screen turning entirely red and unusable (look up red screen of death). This phone was not only used, it was refurbished, something that the seller did not disclose. I write this review after many months of visiting repair shops who don’t even want to touch the phone because it is unrepairable. Because this occurred 3 months after my purchase, I am now left with a useless device and at a $400+ loss. I do not recommend anyone purchase phones from here because even though they are at a lower price, you will pay for it in the long run from a malfunction because of the nature of the phone resale market.

Having a problem with iPad we recently purchased, it won't charge- paid $180. It’s only been 35 days that we’ve owned this and seller says they won’t do anything about it bc it’s past 30 days.
