had to return phone because the OTG wasn't working . however, the seller was very prompt send a shipping to return my money. I would happily do business with him again.

A painless experience. This was my first time buying on Swappa and it went better than I expected. I can see why this vendor gets such high ratings. The phone was as described and it was in the mail very quickly. However, when I checked the phone it still had data on it. I contacted the previous owner and he confirmed that he did indeed sell the phone and I just wiped the memory. I would buy from Swappa and this vendor again.
