The phone was as pictured/described. Worked perfectly fine and had no problem setting up the phone with my provider. Shipping was speedy (3 days). The only criticism of this seller I can provide would be the lack of communication. I felt ignored when asking a few questions, as they only responded once to let me know when they would be shipping.
