I received the phone within a couple of days of shipment. "Noticeable wear on the screen and frame," as provided in the description meant a pretty noticeable scratch on the screen that I was a little surprised to see, but I took that in good faith upon re-reading the description. Otherwise, the phone works great. I completely reset the phone and all sound components seem to be in working order. The battery does seem to run down quickly, but I'm also taking that as par for the course in buying a used phone. Overall, there were no problems with this sale.
