Arrived in mint condition as described. They are a great seller, supporting a great cause. I hope in the future they offer the buyer alternative shipping options, such as UPS or FedEx, even for a higher cost. USPS just cannot effectively ship electronics with any semblance of speed.

Shipping Policies
We typically ship within one business day, but no more than 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday.
We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam will be subject to additional shipping charges due to carrier requirements and restrictions. Certain shipping methods may also be unavailable depending on the destination.
We do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
As per Swappa & cell4pets.com policy we do not accept returns. If you purchase an item and you then decide you don't want it the buyer is required to send the item back at the buyers expense. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. All buyers remorse or incorrect address returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refund any payment in the event of incorrect pricing.
