Phone was defective when it arrived, made a complaint and haven't heard back .it's been two weeks.
The phone was a gift to my little sister and she says that the phone gives her an error stating that there isn’t any storage. She said the problem has been around since I gave her the gift but she didn’t want to complain. The phone has about 30GB of storage but won’t let her download certain apps or iCloud content.
They make a mistake with the price

I received my phone damaged. A black spot ( broke screen ). I contacted the seller and we worked out a deal to there advantage. I agreed to a $25 refund to pay for a % of screen replacement. I never got a refund. I do not recommend buying from this seller
Logged back into my Swappa account today to look for a different phone and realized that I did not complete this sale. I do nor remember if there was a warranty issued by this seller but the phone ear piece speaker stopped working almost completely I'm thinking at 60 days after the sale. Will not do business with this seller again.
This sale had several issues,
1. The phone was not T-mobile ready as stated in the ad
2. On top of not a T-Mobile phone it was still locked to an AT&T customer.
They tried to work out the issue however its not a 2 min fix, more like a week fix to get that resolved and unlocked to be able to activate in my name. Seller was good with trying to resolve just a bad experience with a lot of issues that should not have happend. Phone Returned and Purchased an actual T-mobile ready phone.
Screen arrived with a crack
DOES NOT WORK WITH VERIZON WTF! SOLD SPECIFICALLY TO WORK WITH VERIZON AND IT DOES NOT!
I bought this phone for my mom and I wish she would have listened to me and let me return it. From the moment we recieved the phone, she noticed that it was not as advertised. The screen had a shadowy mark in its bottom right corner, but my mom didn't want to go any longer without a phone, so she declined when I suggested a return. Things only got worse from there. The Face ID became disabled and wouldn't work. She took the phone to Apple to repair. They told her that the phone's TrueDepth camera was malfunctioning because it had been broken before and was not repaired properly (it wasn't repaired by an Authorized Service Provider ). To make matters worse, the Apple employee also said the phone was stolen and shouldn't even be in her possession. Unfortunately, the phone repairs will cost an arm and a leg because the phone was not sold with AppleCare+. I am disappointed with this product. I regret purchasing and not returning. As a longtime Swappa customer, I expect better.
