I made a purchase and after I waited a few days the seller uploaded a tracking number of "0000". After I inquired, they said the phone didn't pass "final inspection" and cancelled/refunded my order. Makes me think they didn't have a phone to begin with or sold it elsewhere. Regardless, the listing should have been removed before anyone purchased it, or at least should have let me know ASAP without waiting multiple days post-payment.

Shipping Policies

We typically ship within one business day, but no more than 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday.

We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam will be subject to additional shipping charges due to carrier requirements and restrictions. Certain shipping methods may also be unavailable depending on the destination.

We do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

As per Swappa & cell4pets.com policy we do not accept returns. If you purchase an item and you then decide you don't want it the buyer is required to send the item back at the buyers expense. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. All buyers remorse or incorrect address returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refund any payment in the event of incorrect pricing.
