I first received the phone I ordered and tried to transfer my info., except the phone I had received was locked by a company (something that I have never seen) I contacted the seller and they were very sorry and said they would send me the same phone in the same condition as soon as they received the locked phone back. (understandable) The only problem was my current phone was already at the end so waiting the total of 3 weeks to get a working phone was incredibly inconvenient. They were good about keeping in contact with me and I was able to track the progress but still I should have received a working phone initially.

Soon after receiving this phone, it started having charging problems. After cleaning the port, the problem seemed to go away. Then I dropped the phone 2 days ago. Now it's charging very slow again. I don't know if this is seller's "fault" or just the risks taken with purchasing a used phone.

Phone came as described and even had a sim tool. Phone came without any charge though. It didn't have enough power to turn on while plugged into a USB cable initially. Would have been perfect, save for that.

This seller sells defect items. From GPS not working to other hardware issues (the mobile data keeps on turning off). Brought this phone to Tmobile and they tried a new sim card, a virtual sim card. They spent hours with us and told us that we got a lemon. I would never buy from this seller. They pretend their phones are in mint condition but they're just selling lemons.

I got a defect product that is supposed to be in mint condition. I would never recommend buying from this seller. They won't exchange, which tells me they know it's a problem product cause otherwise there is no issue taking their phone back. I don't even want money, just a working phone.

Received the phone and it looked in good condition but had some software trouble at first. So far it seems that the phone needed a few updates and now it seems to work fine. Will start using the phone and will report back if any further issues arise. The seller has been attentive to the concerns and so was swappa support.

Return & Refund Policies


- We only accept returns on "not as described" and damaged phones. "As listed" phones won't be accepted.
- Your item must be sent back in the original packaging, with all the accessories.
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

Note:
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% non-refundable fee will be charged for order cancellations
