Unfortunately, I am changing my rating to neutral. I wish I carefully looked at my phone when I first got it. This phone was listed at Mint condition and according to the photos listed for this phone, it shows that it has the original screen and back plate. The phone I received has replacement parts, and it is not as good of quality as I thought. I was only able to notice this when I bought my wife the same phone with its original parts. The phone does work great, but I wish I knew about the phone being refurbished, and the phone should have been listed as good instead of mint. I do not believe that these people are scammers, but I felt like I was a little misled.

THE SOFTWARE IS NOT PROPER AND THE PHONE WILL NOT CONNECT TO A 5G CELLULAR NETWORK! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!! THEY TOOK A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR SCRATCHES THAT WERE PRESENT WHEN THE PHONE WAS SHIPPED TO ME. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! MATTER OF FACT, JUST DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE! I first received the phone I ordered and tried to transfer my info., except the phone I had received was locked by a company (something that I have never seen) I contacted the seller and they were very sorry and said they would send me the same phone in the same condition as soon as they received the locked phone back. (understandable) The only problem was my current phone was already at the end so waiting the total of 3 weeks to get a working phone was incredibly inconvenient. They were good about keeping in contact with me and I was able to track the progress but still I should have received a working phone initially.

Soon after receiving this phone, it started having charging problems. After cleaning the port, the problem seemed to go away. Then I dropped the phone 2 days ago. Now it's charging very slow again. I don't know if this is seller's "fault" or just the risks taken with purchasing a used phone.

Phone came as described and even had a sim tool. Phone came without any charge though. It didn't have enough power to turn on while plugged into a USB cable initially. Would have been perfect, save for that.
