The phone was as described and SUPER CLEAN. I was able to activate it within minutes of receiving it. We had to do a return on an issue unrelated to the seller. But they were gracious enough to issue the refund without any hassle. Great experience, and I will buy again next time I'm in the market for a device!

Black Phone 15 received was locked by T-mobile due to non payment on lease. Seller offered exchange/refund but said he only had the same phone in pink so I took refund; however on same day I sent phone back, they had Black iphone 15 for sale on their site. Sus... won't buy from again. First bad experience on Swappa. Other reviews describe same experience with this seller.
It was a very good purchase. I only had trouble to unlock the cellphone
The first phone delivered had an issue with the screen, the seller was prompt to get it replaced as soon as they received it back.

- We only accept returns on "not as described" and damaged phones. "As listed" phones won't be accepted.
- Your item must be sent back in the original packaging, with all the accessories.
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.
Note:
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
