Phone is in great condition! Been using it for a little while to ensure it works as expected, and all is well. Battery is in especially great condition, and there are only some minor cosmetic flaws, which are not visible while phone has a screen protector and case. Shipping Policies
Important Shipping Notice – Please Read Before Purchasing
We package every phone securely and with care. Check our reviews and you will see that customers consistently mention how much they appreciate our packaging. Discreet shipping.
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska!
The price of your phone includes the cost of shipping, insurance, tracking, and a signature.
We do our best to ship orders the same day, but processing can take up to 24 hours. ATX Cell Deals ships within two business days, and orders placed on Friday will ship by Tuesday at the latest. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before shipment if the customer or address is linked to fraud risks, or if the shipping address is invalid.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Protectorates.
Please double-check that your address is correct at checkout and in PayPal before completing your purchase. We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing your order, the transaction will be canceled and subject to a 6% fee (to cover PayPal seller fees). Once the cancellation is processed, you may repurchase the item using the correct address.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $30 restocking fee applies to returns plus the cost of the shipping return label.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit to you, we’ll issue a full refund with no fees.
Covered under warranty:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage or loss while in transit to you by the shipping carrier
Not covered:
- Buyer’s remorse (restocking fee applies)
- Packages lost after successful delivery
Returns will be denied if:
- You don’t remove your passcode or iCloud/Google/Samsung account
- The device is returned locked or still linked to your account
- You don't return the charging kit or accessories (a $20 fee applies)
- Customer-caused damage (cracks, water, screen burns)
- Phones that have been opened or repaired
Report any damage within 1 day of delivery. After that, damage is considered your responsibility.
Refunds require:
- The phone must be fully reset to the Hello/Setup screen
- The IMEI must match the one we provided before shipping
- We’ll send a YouTube tutorial on how to factory reset
Once approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label
- Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund
- The device must be shipped within 3 business days and received within 10, or the return will be closed
- Only use our return label using your own voids the return
Devices returned damaged or not in original condition may be subject to a 50–85% restocking fee, depending on repair cost.
Buyers acknowledge that all phones are sold as-is, but each purchase includes a 30-day limited warranty.
This warranty covers defects or issues present at the time of delivery. It does not apply to damage caused by the buyer, misuse, or any issues that arise after the 30-day period.
Returns or warranty claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.
