Good phone, but the quality of how it was packaged needs some attention. There was another issue, but after a couple of messages back and forth it was resolved to my satisfaction. :)

Good transaction

Seller listed phone in Mint condition but battery would not hold a charge. Phone was not correctly wiped when I received it, and it was not disclosed that it was a phone meant for the Japanese market. The return process was a nightmare, the phone number the seller lists is a google voice that no one actually answers, and they would only respond to emails if I included Swappa in the chain.

It was shipped and arrived by the time promised. I had no confirmation from the seller initially and sent a request for tracking info which they provided promptly.

It is "mint" condition. But there was adhesive stuck to the back probably from a pop socket or similar product. It is quite difficult to remove because it's heated and cooled over and over.

Beautiful phone, excellent. Took it overseas right away and only needed to insert sim. Working perfectly

I never received my product due to an error in inventory. Mistakes happen, however, it took over a week of waiting and having to follow up multiple times, via both email and telephone, to find this out and be refunded.

I was initially sent the incorrect charger and a "Good" stock Pixel, despite ordering a "Mint" stock Pixel. However, the seller was very quick to respond to the error and sent me the correct charger, in addition to refunding me the difference between "Good" and "Mint" stock. I was happy to hold onto it for the lower price since it was still in decent shape.

Very happy with the phone. Had a little glitch on an accessory but the seller quickly resolved the issue. More than satisfied with the seller.
