Weird experience. B Grade phone shipped instead of MINT. Package even said “B Grade”. They didn’t offer explanation but said I could keep the bad phone for a $25 discount, or return it. I had to ask for a return shipping label. They eventually refunded it, but wouldn’t replace with correct phone, saying they were out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend. Wasted two weeks of my life on this. They didn’t seem worried about it.

I was sent the wrong phone. I ordered a Verizon iPhone 7 and was sent an AT&T iPhone 7 in the mail. Cannot be activated by my carrier.
