The phone model shipped was the wrong one. I had paid a premium for a certain model, and they sent an inferior one. I wanted to buy the iPhone SE A1723, when they sent me the A1662. When I called I was told they don't have any models in stock for the one they sold, so they sold me a product they didn't have. Don't buy from this seller.

I'm rating this neutral only because the device was supposed to ship out on a Monday, but it shipped out on Tuesday, according to USPS tracking. I did not receive the phone in time before I left on vacation. I broke my previous phone and was without a working phone during my vacation.
