I got my phone In a decent amount of time but they forgot the charger which came a week later so I’ve been without a phone for 2 weeks finally got it going though. Their costumer service sucks! They all mumble and trip over their words, and barely know what they’re doing at their desk when u ask them a question. They never respond to emails about anything. Also the charger that came with the device is a cheaply made plastic one not sure if it’s even official???????? Wish I could give a lower rating!
