The phone arrived quickly but had some problems: would frequently not come on without a hard restart, and its touchscreen wasn't properly responsive. Disappointed that the phone wasn't working correctly, but seller responded quickly and the refund process was easy and smooth.

Exactly as listed. Very minimal sign of ever being used previously, and the phone works like it is brand new. The only complaint that I have is that the charger that was included did not work, but this is not an issue for the value of the deal on the phone. Thank you!
