No communication, notification, reach-out of any sort. Waited for 4 days and just canceled my sale without any explanation. Never responded to my emails, very bad customer experience.
I was waiting for the phone to take for a trip I had planned, have to now make last minute alternate arrangements - not happy with this!

The sale went great. I had a problem activating the phone through Sprint even though the website stated it was a Sprint phone. I had to go to a corporate store so they could add it to the database.
