Received phone quickly and is in good condition as described, but couldn't activate the phone due to it being registered under previous owner's account still. Seller was honest and quick to contact and gave me options to either get a replacement or a full refund. Decided to get a refund and was refunded accordingly after shipping package back. Was also not required to pay for shipping due to this.
