Product is as advertised, however shipping was far less than satisfactory

The first phone they sent me was for the wrong carrier. After I contacted them they handled the return in a timely manner and paid for return shipping. Mistakes happen and they did a good job correcting it. The actual phone was in great condition as advertised.

My Note4 arrived right on time and in a condition as described. The metal frame has some scratches, but the screen is flawless. Phone works well. I would purchase from this seller again.

Bad seller, they sale iPhone X for $840 and I paid for them ready but after that They canceled it without let me know the reason, and then they sale that iPhone X again for $989.

I ordered an AT&T phone but they provided a Verizon phone. I requested a partial refund which they agreed to investigate, but ultimately stated that a partial refund was not possible, only a return. They then attempted to get me to pay for return shipping which I refused and said that at a minimum their proposal should have offered to pay for all shipping, ideally first providing the device I ordered. Additionally, due to the delays and receiving the wrong device, I had to pay for Verizon service to keep my number and use of available phone.

Bottom line, they sent me the wrong device, I'm out my time and money for their mistake, and they are unwilling to offer a partial refund even for an amount less than it would cost them in shipping for the return device and new device.

I am not super happy since the screen was malfunctioning when it arrived. It cost me $140 at a local vendor to replace the screen. They only compensated me $50. So the phone cost me $90 more than it should have.
