I received the item fairly quickly, and it was in the condition as described, but when I went to activate it, it didn't have a clean esn, this should've been figured out before the phone was shipped to me. So I returned it, it took a bit for them to get to me, but they did refund. I understand that this is not the norm with Consumer Electronics. 3.5/5 stars

Purchased 2 phones. One was exactly as described and pictured. The second had a scratch on the screen that was not in any photos I saw. The scratch does not alter function and does not seem to be significant enough to change phone from good to fair. Order received in 3/4 business days.
