Item was shipped within the 2 business day window. Phone was received in condition as listed in sales description. Seller was unable to accommodate address change. Phone was shipped with very little bubble wrap (shifting and contact audible when handling phone). Phone came with non OEM lightning cable and brick, which would be OK, but the set does not work and will not charge the phone.
