Update 27 July, 2018:
Purchased the phone in Jan 2018 with no activation issues. Found out in July 2018 that the phone had been blacklisted by Verizon (reported missing or stolen). I contacted the vendor and they immediately replied to let me know they would refund the full purchase price of my phone and pay the shipping costs to return it. I was very pleased with their customer service and I would be very comfortable buying from them again! A very trusted seller!
