Seller described phone as Mint. Phone came and had scratches on the front (which, per Swappa rules, is not Mint). Seller discounted $30. We kept the phone, but I would have preferred to pay $30 more and get what I wanted (I just didn't want the hassle of waiting another 2 weeks before getting a refund and new phone).
