Phone came in great condition as described and is working with no issues. Shipping was quick but USPS didn’t update the tracking until delivery date which is no fault of the sellers. Will definitely come back for any other phone!

while it was shipped fast by seller it was not priority mail and took 5 days to be received by me via USPS regular mail, even after I had asked to use my UPS number, which they were unable to do. it was disappointing to say the least to take so long to receive it.
Purchased a Samsung note 8 in gray on January 9th received a Samsung note 8 In black. Honestly no big deal if the phone actually worked. The phone that was shipped to me was not a new resale according to swappas terms. It was previously synced with a gmail account rendering the phone useless because I couldn't bypass the goggle registration. I also couldn't activate it because I didn't have access to the original gmail email used on the phone before it was reset and sent to me. After two weeks going back and forth with the seller on the 21st I finally received my exchange which was indeed the color I wanted a working phone. I paid 699 for a phone that was a lot of trouble to receive. I recommend if you purchase through them stay on top of them by emailing and being very specific as they almost shipped the replacement to the vacation spot I was staying at after numerous emails to be sure to send to my home. I was able to sign into goggle with no hiccup and activate it.

The seller did not ship me the correct advertised model of iPhone X, and instead sent me one that wouldn't work with my service after I verified buying the correct model on the listing. When I tried to get an exchange, the seller told me they have no iPhone X Silver 64GB with the model number A1865, which is the global unlocked version. So buyer beware, if you are looking for a specific model ensure they will actually send you the one you are paying for. Refund has been received. Had to pay return shipping for their mistake.
