This seller was horrible. First off, the phone was advertised as unlocked...it was not. Then getting the money back after sending the phone back to the seller was almost impossible...PAY WITH PAYPAL....the seller never contacted paypal...the payment is still in paypal resolution...its been over a month. Seller giving me and paypal the run around.

The USPS tracking number was pretty screwy, but in the end it arrived in 5 days and in the described condition.

Phone is functioning well. More scratches on frame than were shown in pictures. Very poorly packaged for shipping. Took slightly more than 5 business days to deliver. Seller responded to both questions I sent promptly which I appreciated.

USPS 1st Class with tracking (7 day stretch w/ no USPS updates) took 11 days total to arrive across country...would be better to use priority mail, especially for such a really nice phone.

I was hesitant as this was my first purchase with Swappa. I felt comfortable after reading reviews and seeing pictures of the phone. Easy enough to use PayPal and vendor was prompt in answering questions.

My only suggestion would be to use shipping service that shows more scans to track journey better. I was a bit nervous when I didn't see scans for multiple days.

Excellent. I accidentally had the wrong address is paypal and they handled the issue very professionally. Phone is in condition as described.
