Device was described as 10/10 with no signs of use, I would say it was more like a 9/10 with some very faint scratches on both front and back, nothing terrible or noticeable unless you really look hard, and nothing that detracts from everyday use. Device functions perfectly and otherwise looks great, overall very happy with the purchase. Thanks!
