Phone is exactly as described and was received in a timely manner. How it was packed for shipping is concerning: phone was placed in a ziplock-type bag, wrapped in scrunched paper, and placed in a box that was about 3x bigger than the phone itself - no packing peanuts or bubble wrap - that could easily be crushed.
