The shipping was fast and product arrived in good condition. One thing I would have preferred is pictures of the actual item before shipping since there was a generic picture for the quantity listed.

After a few weeks the phone started having problems (with minor incidents in between) - resetting itself over and over again. Not sure if the phone was sold knowing this problem or not.

The phone is not in a usable condition anymore as it continues to have issues.

Shipping was delayed either due to incorrect packaging or being damaged. After a week, device had yet to arrive, I asked seller to have the package rerouted back to him, to which he agreed. Despite the phone never coming into my possession, seller insisted that he was incapable of providing a refund until the device was redirected back to him so that he could inspect it for damages?!?!

Avoid doing business with this seller. Swappa provides little assistance in cases dealing with "business" sellers and this seller forced me to get my refund via PayPal's dispute process.

Everything went well, but just be aware that the seller only ships on weekdays.
