Slow to ship (one day to confirm the sale, one day to print a shipping label, one day to package and ship) and did not have exact product in stock, but found a good alternative that I am happy with.

Phone is in great condition, flawless screen and body.

The charger that was sent with the phone would not charge the phone. Had to spend more money to buy a charger. It was not a Samsung charger!

The sale was very simple. Consumer Electronics is a good company to buy phones from. Their customer support is great at working with the customer.

Exactly what I wanted!

Seller advertised the Google Pixel as "MINT" condition with fast shipping. The phone had the following conditions: //There was a small dent in the frame on the side. //There were several small/fine scratches on the bottom part of the screen. //The phone had a problem with the mic, where it would sometimes work, sometimes not. Apparently it's a known issue with the Pixel (probably why the previous owner sold it to this company). All in all, this was not at all "MINT" condition. Shipping was NOT fast. I realize "fast" is a relative term, so I'll let you judge: //They shipped the phone via First Class USPS mail (took six days to get to me). Fast shipping is at least priority mail (2-3 business days) in my opinion.

On the positive side, they cooperated with me and issued a full refund.
