I was surprised that there was no tool to remove the SIM card slot. Luckily another phone that I got from Swappa (different seller) provided one. However, I'm surprised that this one didn't automatically come with one.

I was expecting to arrive quickly, but the seller used Ground shipping, which took nearly 2 weeks from the time I bought it (May 26 - June 9).
