Fast and Easy

First time using the service and not too pleased. Purchase was a gift and incorrect device was received. Had to return phone and wait until seller received the return (even though they could track its movements) before the correct phone was sent out. Gift was 3 days late. The representatives didn’t seem to really care and there was no urgency. Was only ever able to get them on the phone once by chance.

The phone came quickly, and it's in very nice shape. Only disappointment was the Quick Switch Adapter was not included, which would have been useful.

The Device arrived when they said it would. But I specifically remember buying the Google Unlocked Pixel and I paid more for one. But what I received in the mail was the Verizon one that I had to pay to get the bootloader unlocked. I contacted them about this issue and waited 2 weeks and I was completely ignored I will not buy from this seller again due to their incompetence.
