So far, so good. I've had the phone a little over a week, and it works perfectly. I was nervous about buying a used phone, but have had no problems. I like having the 30 day warranty, just in case something goes wrong. Hopefully, it won't stop working on day 31. :o) Super fast shipping and very responsive to my questions before I purchased. I am soooo happy with my iPhone SE. Until Apple makes a phone that will fit in my pocket, I'll stick with my new, old SE. It was in basically perfect condition (no scratches) and the battery life was ~95%
