Hello, the S7 Edge I purchased is overheating during charging and shuts down as if left in the sun. I have two identical phones one verizon one att and neither have overheated.
Do you have any suggestions, I have tried a higher quality cable and charger that was provided. I have researched this occurrence on this phone and reset is suggested on phones that have been in service for a time due to cache, etc. but this phone is presumably clean. Please advise and thank you!

The one downside of this experience one is that it took forever to get here as I was so eager to receive my phone.

Suggestion: I don't know if this is just a Swappa or seller rule but it would be nice to have the option to ship the item to another address other than my personal address. I say this because unfortunately, as I'm sure you're aware of there are porch bandits and ALSO the delivery person doesn't always do what they're supposed to do like ring the bell or actually get the signature and they just leave the packages on the porch/doorway. I know this from experience and seen it with my own eyes. So, with that being said it would be nice to also have the option to ship to one of those designated pickup places.
