Wifi+Cell iPad Item listed as unlocked new. Item received had active Verizon SIM, so it was not new and Apple warranty had months left. Stated right on box it was Verizon iPad. Swappa agreed, but could do nothing. Seller argued no mistake was made. With no help from seller, was able to exchange at Apple store for new unlocked iPad, as this was carrier demo unit with active carrier SIM. Hassle but in end worked out. Seller needs to pay more attention to listing item correctly. Buyers beware.

There was a defect with the phone that you wouldn't notice unless you used the phone for a period of time. The seller was more than accommodating to get a resolution, which was a refund in this case. Refund was issued promptly and the seller was very polite in doing so. This was an all-around good experience for me, and I would recommend this seller as they will stand behind what they are selling.
