Shipping was prompt on both the original and replacement devices and getting a replacement was easy enough. But I shouldn't have had to get the device replaced because of a SIM not allowed error in the first place.

Overall I’m happy, the scratches on the screen are much more noticeable in person than in the pictures, so that’s disappointing, aside from that everything is as expected.
