The phone sent was supposed to be in “Good/ Excellent”condition. When I receive the phone it was in poor to fair condition. The phone has DEEP gouges and at least a dozen scratches on the screen. The phone wasn’t even inspected or cleaned (crud and gunk in the earpiece and speakers. SIM from previous owner still in the phone). Seller refunded me the difference so I’m actually paying for a phone that’s in poor condition not good condition. The problem I have with this seller is, I didn’t want a phone that looks like it was put through a wood chipper. I wanted a phone that was in good condition, inspected and cleaned, as the seller described in the phones description. I’d definitely look elsewhere and avoid this seller next time. A broken trust is unrepairable.
