The phone was in much better condition than I expected. Ordered on a Friday night and received my phone by Mid day the following Tuesday. One thing that worried me and probably was not the sellers fault is the SIM card said it was locked upon first opening the phone. But I have read this is common with buying used phones. One conversation with Verizon however got it unlocked and my number transferred to the phone. The phone came with a screen protector and a clear case as described and they even included a charger. I will be purchasing from this seller again should I need another phone.

Following good communication, phone arrived quickly and as described. A barely noticeable scratch on screen and some chips on metal frame which will be covered with case. Satisfied custoimer.
