Slow ship, good customer service.
Everything was great! The phone works perfectly fine, it’s appearance was just as described, it came with a clear phone case and a tempered glass screen protector! The only thing I didn’t like was that i wasn’t notified when the phone was shipped so I started to get a little worried but I guess I was surprised when it got delivered. Other than that, I love my iPhone!

Phone checks out exactly as described in terms of condition. Shipping took a little longer than expected but less than a week total so not bad at all. Received free case, screen protector, brick and cable which was super sweet. The only slight oddities was that the phone I received had an inactive T-mobile sim in its sim tray. The device is still unlocked and everything works great, just odd that an old sim was still in it. Overall great quality.
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro was NOT received as advertised, with 91% battery. I have a used iPhone 8 purchased in 2019 that I use constantly, shooting video and photos, and the battery is in far better shape. I demand recourse.
