One phone had a slight aesthetic defect and I decided I didn't want it, and the seller gave me a full refund when I mailed it back. Otherwise the phones have been better quality than expected for great prices. The battery health listed is accurate, all original parts as stated. I’m pleased with the phone that I got, and it was fairly easy to find it. However, it was shipped using the post office, which disappeared the package. You sent me a new phone, but means I was almost 3 weeks without a good phone.

I bought this phone to replace another one from the same seller that had a damaged FaceID. That return went smoothly and I bought from the same seller. Phone arrived promptly and in good condition. 13 Pros are older but a great upgrade from my old 8! Battery life was 90% so it should last a while. As a bonus, the seller included a free case, charger with 3 different port cables-USB-C, lightning and micro USB, and tempered glass. Nice touch. Thanks for a great experience!

You guys were _super_ fast- the phone came the next day, which was way quicker than I expected. I didn't have a chance to look at it until yesterday but so far everything looks good and accurate to what was advertised.
