Seller listed iPhone as Mint when it was in fact reconditioned by Asurion and had an aftermarket battery and screen. No requirement to disclose this information is worrisome on Swappa, which is why real pictures of the phone should always be required. However, the seller promptly supplied me with a return shipping label and refund upon receipt of the item. In summary, the listing was incorrect but the customer service was nice. So I will rate this seller neutral.

The battery blew up and broke the back screen. The camera was replaced with an off brand part.

The earpiece volume is low I have to use speaker phone and there is no dual speaker. I rated it as neutral instead of negative because I di no know if the seller knew it had this problem its easy to miss unless you are making a call.

Phone is indeed mint. Battery health as described in listing.
