No, I'm not a BOT, not a copy pasted text. I bought two phones from this seller that were trash.
30 days warranty, sure. I claimed "more than two months" after the purchase, that is also true, but a phone that lasts a few months is simply trash. It took one fall from the table to the floor for the back to completely crack while in a hard protective case. One of the three cameras got displaced INTERNALLY.
Sure, it fell, that's not part of the warranty, but I had iPhones since X, Xs, 11, 12, 13 that are all glass, dropped from higher without happening that much damage.
Terrible experiences with two purchases, this iPhone 12 Pro Max and another one from this same seller just a few days appart, now November and with the only option of spending more than I payed to fix both phones or simply buy new ones.
Sincerely, a Swappa buyer since 2019 with my first two negative experiences from the same seller.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
I made the terrible decision of buying two phones from this seller AMS TRADERS. In less than two months this Iphone's supposed "Good battery" died, since the return window was closed I had to replace the battery. After a few days the screen fails. Black death screen, the phone makes sounds and you can feel the home screen passcode pad, but the screen is completely black. I just wasted $347.16 on a Junk phone. Again, this happened after the return period ended so Swappa and seller won't do anything for you.
My phone came in the described condition and arrived quickly. No issues with the sale or seller. Overall, a positive experience!
